For the 2026 season, reservations opened at 1:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025. Sabapak says bookings are online only, cancellations are non-refundable, climber-name changes are prohibited, and a date can be changed once within the same year subject to a penalty.

As of September 2026, its package page advertises examples beginning around MYR 1,740 for a standard 2D1N climb, MYR 2,120 for a 3D2N Kinabalu Park package, and higher Via Ferrata prices. “From” prices can depend on group size, nationality, travel date and exact lodging, so compare the final quote rather than the headline.

For international climbers traveling January through October 2026, the published 2D1N rate runs from RM3,220 solo down to RM2,620 per person for groups of seven or more. The operator is advertising lower November 2026–February 2027 rates, with the same caveat that prices can change.

Mountain Torq: Choose This Path for the Via Ferrata
Mountain Torq is not simply another standard-climb operator. It runs the Via Ferrata activity on the Panalaban rock face, and Sabah Parks rules require Via Ferrata participants to be accompanied by a Mountain Torq trainer.
The two current routes are Walk The Torq, the shorter introductory Via Ferrata, and Low’s Peak Circuit, the longer intermediate route reaching 3,776 m. Participants must attend the compulsory afternoon briefing and reach the activity start by the specified morning cutoff or lose the Via Ferrata activity without reimbursement.
